| The Comma robot, or rather, 'Scratch,' was huddled on one of the suspended platforms in Mimiga Town. His journal was cracked open in front of him, bathed in green light from his exposed eye. The mimigas assigned to it had just went out to quench the unnecessary torches and lanterns around town, letting the artificial light die down to more of a faint glow every twenty or so yards, letting the Mimiga sleep in their beds without the irritation of seeming daylight outside their windows. Scratch usually picked this platform for reading and writing in his journal, just because it was pretty set apart from the rest of the town. He was in a pretty melancholy mood that night, so he didn't jump when there was a sudden scraping at the edge of the platform.
"Scratch! Scratch help, I really can't jump this far!" The robot looked over to see a pair of paws struggling to keep hold of the ledge, and shook his head slowly, but helped the Mimiga up. It was the Mayor, in his white sweater and silk hat. "Thank you, Scratch. I've got urgent news!" The mayor was sorta a drama queen. | |

| "The Faucet!" He cried, his voice a panicked tone. "The water wont flow! Nothing will come of the tap!" The mayor was getting loud, loud enough a Mimiga peaked his head out of his window to see what the yelling was about. The dark-blue eyes squinted hard at the two green dots, and with an angry grumble, that Mimiga picked up his staff- the shovel head glimmering, for it had just been polished- and hopping out the window, the edge of the tool catching the frame as the bunny looked on. "We think the water-way has been blocked up, can you go and fix it?!" As came the panicking tone of the mayor. "We've the food for three days but no more! No more, I tell you! No more!" mayor r u alrite mayor mayor pls | |

| Scratch just cocked his head at the mayor. He really didn't see the problem. If they had enough food for three days, why bother him now? He could probably unblock the waterway in one. "Right." His voice sounded like he had nails for a voicebox. He gathered up his journal, and tucked it away in his pant-pocket, along with the quill and ink bottle he'd been using, careful to stopper the ink and wipe the ink off the quill onto his vest. He reached a hand to finger his sheath, to make sure his sword was there, and pulled his gun from his other pocket. "Right." | |

| Ah, some excitement. Without a word, the Mimiga with the shovel flipped back inside, tugged on his clothes, sheathed his shovel, and pulled his hood over his head. With a skillful dive, he was out the window again; his shovel suddenly drawn and latching against the platform that Scratch had been sitting on, and without a word, he flipped up, landing with a light 'thump' as he did so. "I've no reason to join, I'm aware. I'm coming with you, robot." The Mayor turned to stare at the odd shape. "Pff, what can you do, Human?" he asked the shovel-holder. "You may have fancy flips, but this is no time for fancy fancies!" Then Spark pulled his hood down. "Oh. It's you. Go right ahead." The Mayor gave a shrug, his panic lost now as he strolled off, making the jump this time. Liar just wanted to feel the robot's hands on him, prob'ly. Spark turned to face Scratch. "Are you ready to go now?" | |

| Scratch nodded, slightly confused at the Mayor's ability to make the jump this time. There wasn't even a level change. He raised a hand to the previously-hooded Mimiga. "Scratch," he intoned. He eyed the shovel, wondering if it was for digging or fighting. Both, or maybe just a novelty item? It did look like it meant business, though, and the Mimiga was pretty well-toned from what little skin showed. And a scarf. Scratch could respect a scarf. Very practical, the whole outfit in general. Not like the rest, this Mimiga. | |

| "We're off then. The teleport to the water-ways is out, hopefully just a scum build up. We'll have to go through the labyrinth and circle around to get to the water-way." And without a word, the Mimiga turned, and promptly fell off the platform. Just before hitting the ground (which, while that would be a good show, wouldn't be good for his health), he caught the edge of the teleport building with the hook of his shovel. Not like the rest, indeed. Instead of using the front door, he swung in through one of the windows. | |

| The Mimiga was pretty gung-ho about this, huh? Very acrobatic, too. But Scratch just stepped off the side of the platform, and rolled to the ground. He used the door. The room he entered was large, with three Teleporters and a wall of computers and monitors. The blue glow from the screens was actually really bright, all put together. Scratch walked to the monitors, and punched 'Labrynth_shop' into one of the keypads. The computer wall hummed, and the teleporter's light started glowing red, adding to the technicolor explosion. He turned to make sure the Mimiga had actually gotten into the right room of the teleporter house. | |

| There he stood, shovel in hand. In another clutched a map, where did...? Without a word, the Mimiga stepped through the teleport. | |
