Hooray, another visitor! Actually, not really hooray, considering Bolt nearly yelped in surprise. Hearing out this new-found robot, he took a "breath" and began to explain.

Brad was following a path that had a lot of noise coming from one end, until he court up with the group only thanks to a giant cat. He stopped walking towards the group when a robot, so smell he was about to walk past it, gave him a life story within a couple of seconds. Brad stopped looked at the little round bot then back at the group, and all he did was put his hand over his one eye and shacked his head at the entire  situation at hand.

((Alright sorry I just stabbed the post order but I did it this once (hopefully once) so that it makes sense that brad got a mini story from bolt. Now please go back to normal order or just came back all together))

While waiting for a response form the kitty kitty, he heard a commotion coming from the group of robots. Turning to face the group (while keeping aim on the cat), he saw that someone else has stumbled onto this party; another robot in fact. 'Geesh, that like, what, three high grade military robots ambling around this floating island? Now I know why the world's economy is in such a dismal state: the military and government blew their money away on stuff like this! For a fraction of the cost, they could of just armed a bunch of soldiers and have them storm the place back then,' he though. Of course, back then, no one really new what was up their, so sending a few robots to scout out the place was a smart idea. But building and army of them? Even with all the creatures on the island he's heard about, it not like a few bullets would not stop them. Heck, he uses a combat scythe for his sake, and he has taken down numerous badies! 

Still contemplating the logistics and cost of such an army, he listened to the small robot give and explanation of the events to the newcomer so fast that it would shame an radio advertiser. Getting a better look at the newcomer, it seems that he was one of the older models the robotists first put out when they got their hands on some grants, with this particular one being tall and clearly looking less sophisticated than the other to. He saw that it facepalm at the events taking place(which, on reflection, are rather ridiculous, if he's heard right), which show that this robot also had an advanced enough ai to understand human mannerism. Probably means he has emotions programed too, like the others.  Even the older models had bunches of money spent on their hardware, it seems.

'Ugh, I can understand having smart robots would be very helpful in a bunch of things, but isn't giving them emotions and sentience going a might be too far? It might be helpful in a few cases, but that doesn't justify giving it to every robot!' he pondered, his analytical mind getting caught up in the implications. Not that he minded such types of robots(he employs and uses such ones himself),or hated them. He just think such design choice is just asking for trouble when you include it on robots programed to wage war using all manners of unpleasant weapons. The risk of malfunction, deserting, or straight up rebellion is just too high for the benefits it would bring. Then again, he majored in chemistry, not programming and robot design, so he doesn't know all the if such things are feasible, or if the scientist made failsafes for such events.

Once he was done thinking about the various problems that could plague robots, he turned his attension back to the group. The was cat still giving him the stink eye, and the disgusting bug was figiting about after giving his perspective on events. The robots were talking amougst themselves, with the one who asked his name just watching the big and small one chatting up. Bit anti social, that one is.
Then there was that rabbit thing that was twichy around, looking like he was ready to explode. 'Better steer clear of him. I don't want to chance it being a killer rabbit*,' he thought.

Once he was done searching, he started assessing the situation. Judging from how antagonistic each side was acting towards each other, he guessed that both would end up fighting if things continued as they were. Plus, both sides don't seem much disposed to diplomacy, so the possibility of them reaching a peacefull solution was low indeed.

Well, why not lend a hand to the wankers? Maybe with a third party mediating things, a peaceful outcome might be possible. Helping end this conflict could win him some favors and respect from each side, which would be helpful to have in his quest. That, and the group over help looks like it needs a capable leader such as himself!

"Well," he said, he voice cutting over the chatter, getting the attension of everyone. The cat was still glaring daggers at him, but he ignored it as he started to speak again. "From what I heard so far, it seems that a village's water supply was cut off, and this group traced the source of this problem here, where you two,' he pointed at the cat and the, ugh, bug, "Have dammed up one of the branching tributaries to the underground river to power those robots over there,' he jecked his thumb over to the robots further away form the groups. "From what I've seen, it seems that none of you have reach any understanding what so ever, and are just bickering like children," he deadpanned, earnig him a hiss from the cat, an annoyed look from the bug, and some glances from the robots and rabbit. The newcomer seemed confused by the situation, with it shaking its head at the malarkey.

"Look, I understand that tempers can flare when it come to confrontations and meetings, but that bullocks isn't solving anything. It just leads to pointless fights and painfully drawn out discussion on whose to blame. I should know," he said, mumbling the last part to himself. Continuing, he said, "Personally, I think you guys need someone to help sort out this mess, and to make sure that no one tries to gorge out the others thoughts, or something. Lucky for you guys, I happen to have some experience with these sort of things. If both side are willing, we can stop this tripe right now and set up an actual meeting about this, and get to the bloody bottom of things. I could act as a neutral third party mediator, since I have no stake in these events, so as to facilitate understanding and a compromise, and to prevent things from going out of control. Should both side accept my proposal, a ceasefire would be declared, and any one who breaks it without due reason would be subdued and exluded from the meeting until either both sides can come to agreement. If no such agreement is possible or can be made, the meeting will be adjourned, and both parties can go their separate ways, or schedule another meeting later in the future, with or without me."

Taking a deep breath, and making sure no one has dozed off or ignored him, he began talking again.
"The ceasefire will be in effect until one or both sides engages in hostilities with the other, or if they declare they they would chose to fight it out, in which case it shall be null and void. To clarify, this does NOT apply in during the meeting, as their would be no way for any business to be done if hostilities were to be engaged in the middle of discussion. Should any other party interfere with the meeting, it shall be postponed until said party is subdued, eliminated, included in the meeting, or otherwise taken care of. Those are the terms I set out for this meeting. Should anyone wish to dispute them, we can amend the terms listed until all parties are in agreement with the provisions, or the meeting is canceled," he finished, taking another breath and stretch his arms a bit to get  the stiffness out of them. He tends to get a bit tiring setting up a meeting and trying to get one started, so getting his blood pumping a bit more helps him gain a bit of energy.

Once he was done stretching, he looked around the cave to observe the reaction to his speech. Everyone( even the cat, which stopped hissing at him during his speal) appeared to be thinking his idea, going over the details of what he said. Some were nodding there heads to some thought, and other looked liked they either didn't care, or just wanted to settle it the old fashion way. 'Well, at least they are considering the idea, so that a good thing. Or maybe they are thinking of ways to bump me off for my advice. Wouldn't be the first time someone took offense with what I have said, or just didn't want to talk it out at all.' he though, growing a bit impatient with the delay. He know that it takes time to come to a decision on such things, but he wanted thing to move along!

It felt like ages since there was any action, you know?

Coffing into his hand, he got the attension of others again. Leaning back a bit with arms crossed behind his head, he told them," You don't have to listen to me if you want. I could just bugger off if that's what you want, or stay out of the way of things while you sort it out however you want yourselves. Still, if I remember correctly, the last time you tried that, you were about ready to kill each other over this problem. So I advise you guys to think carefully, but not dally around. The sooner your answer, the sooner thing will move along, no matter which direction its going in."

He stopped talking and stared at them, waiting for their answer. Or for them to attack them. If it comes to that, well, they would be in for a surprise indeed...

Scratch listened to the man speak. He was sort of diplomatic, but scratch didn't entirely care fo diplomacy. He just wanted something to be done. And talking didn't get much done on this island. Complete war and strife didn't, either, though. Basically nothing truly productive got done around Scratch unless it involved breaking things. He raised a hand politely, a bit above his head.
"Objection." He pointed to the dam...
And then hurled Gram at it. The cat screeched and swatted the blade from the air. Which clipped his nails a good deal shorter, but redirected the sword into a boulder nearby. Which began vibrating and shaking a lot, and then split in two, tiny shards of stone peppering the group. The Gaudi flung himself at Scratch, who tried to shake the bug off his leg to no avail. "You crazy robot!" The bug screamed, trying to rip up the robot's pant leg.

All Scratch could say was "Desist!", and them try to pry it off with his gun. The cat just swatted him, though, and he landed about fifteen feet away in a crumpled pile, the bug still shrieking fury. The cat bounded over and picked him up by the collar of his vest, dragging him back to the group. "I for one think diplomacccy isss a grand idea. How about we do that?" It spat Scratch back out onto the floor, who seemed to have shut off temporarily from the brutal blow.

"Ssso, we now know that-thank you sir, for putting two and two together-that the Mimiga and robot just want to get their town water, which we-" he gestured to himself and the rambling bug still trying to gnaw off Scratch's leg "-Unwittingly blocked. The dam is delicate and the odds of us actually blocking place off from the waterway entirely are ridiculous, but the mistake was made none the less. What do you suggest?" He spoke to the group as a whole, trying not to drip acid on the robot at his feet. Once he started spitting acid, the saliva really did have to go somewhere.

Jumping off the cat when he went to attack the robot(who he needs to get the name of), Urbel observed two things about the situation. One, that the robot(who he also should get the name of), while seemingly polite, was the direct approach kind of guy, and might have a few screws loose by the way he acts. And two, that his assumption about these 'people' being about ready to rumble were right. The cat reacted lightning quick( almost too fast for him to get off in time), and the bug was quite vicous as well. 'Have to watch out for IT,' I thought, suddering at the sight of the bug trying to tear through the robot's femar. He always disliked bugs, every since those bullies at the playground forced him to eat spiders, and that fear and hatred has not waned since then. He'll have to keep himself in check around it, no matter how hard it will be, or unpleasant.

What's got him really interested is that sword the robot was using. He doesn't know how the heck he got it, but he seems to possess an enchanted sword. Judging by what it did to that boulder, quite a destructive one too.' If a random robot is just totting around an incredibly powerfull magical weapon like that, what else is on this magical hotspot of a floating island?' he wondered, smiling to himself as visons of magical artifacts were dancing in his hand. He'll have to see if he can't barggin for the sword with the robot later (or take it, if he ends up killing itself), be for now business is at hand.

Walking towards the cat, he decided that bringing up the fact that he hadn't got his apology yet wouldn't be prudent right now, so instead he addressed his  quiry. "First, I want you guys to detain that robot," he gesture to the now defuct robot, with the, ugh, bug still vainly trying to eat through the metal,"...and confiscate all of his weapons. We can't have him crash our meeting, now will we?" he smiled, watching as the cat complied with his request, picking up the robot surprisingly gentle and carring him over to the other two robots( the one that were powered by the damn, not the other two that were gawking right now). He then proceeded to rip one of the sword off the robot, which earned a screech form the annoying bug, who now has let go of the bot to complain to the cat about damaging his stuff after all the all the hard work he put in the. The bug shuted up when the cat impaled the robot to the floor, causing the bug to skitter away from it in fear of being next on the list. That, or it didn't care anymore now that the robot was punished for its transgressions.
'....Well, that's one way of restraining someone,' he thought, wondering if the robot was fine. Shaking his head, he told the, ugh, bug to search the robot for weapons and stash them somewhere out of the way. While the bug was doing this, he began to address the cat again. "Ok, first order of business is to hear why you think that the odds that the damn not the source of the problem. I you to explain the any detail that pertain to that, which would include, but not limited to: the way the damn was design and constructed, the specifics of the location you chose for the damn you constructed, and why you chose this spot out of any other possible one, etc. etc.. I also want you to go into detail about the part of the waterway you choose to damn up, as knowing more about it could confirm or rule out it being a possible source for the blockage. After all, even affecting only one part of a river could change the entire structure of it, upstream or down, for various reason.," he said, turning his attension to the other group. "You guys, I want you to tell me in the first place how you came to find out about the water shortage, so to speak. I want to know whether you are a concerned party in this, or were just hired to short this out. We do need to know more about the detail of this, and if you guys don't know, we could find someone who does so that we can make an informed decision about this. We also need to know how bad this shortage is in the first place, and if their is other solution than tearing down the damn if its the cause. You know, like contructing another causeway for water to get into the village," he asked, raising his eyebrow at them as they seemed to realized that their might be other solutions than violence.

"In my opinion, I also say that everyone should leave the damn alone, at least for now. If its as delicate as the cat says- some detail as to why that is, kitty-  messing with it could cause more problem than fixing them. At the very least breaking it recklessly could flood this whole cave, and we don't want that, will we? Not until it's necessary, and we can do it safely," he stated dryly, eyeballing the small spherical one that was fidgeting with his gun. He didn't want to take sides, necessarily, but it seemed that the cat and the bug were the more reasonable of the two groups, while the robots and rabbit thing where still poised to attack, so to speak. If think goes completely shoot, he wants the most agreeable side backing him up, so to speak. 'Well, lets not make assumptions about the other side just yet. They for one make a smelly a** out of you, and cause a lot s**t to happen, when otherwise things could be swell. Let's see how they would act first,' he though, berating himself for being so judgmental. He should have learned by now that it causes more trouble than not.

When he was about to finish up, an idea came to him. If he could get a straight answer form the two side, the whole group(himself included) could immediately rule out the damn, or not. "Wait," he said, stopping the cat from answer him. "Sorry for stopping you from explaining Mr... whoever. Sorry I never asked for your name, or all of you other's, but falling from the sky mid teleport  and onto to you, kitty, tends to distract some one, but I digress. Cat, would you tell me when the damn was completed? Or at least, when it started to block this part of the waterway? If your wondering why, its because if we know when the water shortage started, and when the damn was completed, we can determine right now whether its the cause or not. If the times match up, with in a certain period, say a few days, we know that at least that the damn might possibly involved in the block up. If not, than we can safely rule out the damn as the cause, and work together to find the real problem. Granted, this isn't exactly a perfect way of figuring this out, as another possible cause of the blockage could have happened at the same time if the damn completion and water shorted coincide, or it could still be indirectly related to the problem, but knowing would help a mite bit," he said, taking a deep breath, a bit winded(hah!) Maybe he should start breaking up his speech at bit if this meeting drags out. Winding himself just talking would just be plain embarrassing- and just like him, he thought.

"Still, I want to know more about the damn itself, regardless of this issue. Whether or not it may be the cause of this problem, it might be the cause of other problems," he said, finally finishing up his lengthy request. He wandered over to good sized rock, and sat himself down on it, waiting for a response. Hopefully a good one, but with the way things have been going today, he doubts it.

The cat hawked a smoldering furrball onto the ground, which slowly sunk through the stone. "Sorrry, yes. I'll explain. Just a moment." He sneezed, and shuddered a bit. "Acid saliva is more a curse than a boon, let me tell you... Anyhow, yes. I'll start with why we chose here, and the odds and such. From what I gather, you're a new arrival to the island? A novelty, but not unheard of. Any native, ssay, a Cthulhu, knows that the waterrways are stupidly convoluted and mapping them would be pointless. Actually blocking a section off from it is nigh on impossible to even do on purrrpose! I'd explain more numbers but my partner is better at that, and he seems a bit preoccupied. Anyhow, we only chose this location because at this particular intersection the currents are unusually strong, and thuss would generrrate more power for our dam. There were other places, yess, that would work, even better maybe. But they were either too large or small and a dam wouldn't be worth the trouble. So we chose here, unwittingly, and supposedly, blocking off... I assume Mimiga Village? Yes. Anyways, about the workings. It's very complex, but basically it leaches the energy from the current and redirects it into electrical power. Using all sorts of fun stuff and all, blah blah blah. I'm sure with several hours and the basic blueprints I could explain better. Anything I missed?" The cat seemed to be able to speak forever without breathing. "Ah, yes, my name. You can call me Panta."

Scratch was dead to the world, but thankfully Gram had stopped vibrating in his side. It wasn't much of a wound, but it would probably need some fixing.
